These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Richard Tocher (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of https://flipfreedomacademy.com (the “Site”) and any related content, information, and services made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

Flip Freedom Academy provides educational and informational content related to reselling and e-commerce.

3. No Earnings Guarantees
Any examples of sales, profits, results, or performance are provided for illustration only and are not guarantees. Your results depend on many factors (including effort, experience, time, market conditions, sourcing, platform changes, and other variables beyond our control).
4. No AI Used
We do not use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to generate the content published on Flip Freedom Academy or to make decisions about your account access.
5. Memberships, Billing, and Payments (Handled by Skool)
Flip Freedom Academy may offer access to membership content and community features through Skool.com.
- Pricing: Paid membership is $9.00 per month.
- Recurring Billing: Unless you cancel, the $9.00 membership fee will be charged on a monthly recurring basis through Skool.
- No Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Payment Processing: This Site does not collect payments or process credit cards. All billing, payments, account access, and membership management are handled on Skool.com and are subject to Skool’s terms and policies.
You are responsible for managing your subscription (including cancellation) through Skool.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and all content on the Site—including text, videos, training materials, downloads, graphics, logos, and other materials (collectively, “Content”)—are owned by or licensed to Richard Tocher and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, display, share, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
IF LIABILITY IS FOUND, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE THIRTY (30) DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

If you provide your email address through a form on this Site, you consent to receive emails from us.
